The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied to 4th respondent for allotment of land for the purpose of brick making and the 4th respondent had not passed orders thereon.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4 states that 4th respondent will consider the application of petitioner and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of petitioner and pass orders thereon within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.
