This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not processing the petitioner's mutation application dated 13.08.2019 in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.59 guntas in Sy.Nos.63 and 62/3, situated in Kasulabad Village and Panchayat, Mirdoddi Mandal, Siddipet District, having purchased the same under registered Sale Deeds baring Nos.718 & 719, dated 23.02.2019, respectively. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted application dt.13.08.2019 in Form -6 A in terms of Rule-18 and Section 4(1) of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and the same is not being disposed of till date. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
