THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29288 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, the learned Standing counsel for AP CRDA & CA has placed on record the letter, dated 29.08.2017, of the Commissioner, AP CRDA & CA, Vijayawada. The relevant portion of the said letter reads as under:

"Aggrieved by the judgment in A.S.No.25/2013, the writ petitioners preferred 2nd appeal in S.A.No.259/2016 before the Hon'ble High Court and the Hon'ble High Court pleased to grant stay orders in S.A.M.P.No.689/2016 in S.A.No.259/2016, dated 01.07.2016. These orders were communicated by the Commissioner, AP CRDA vide Rc.No.405/2015 DT LPS, dated 18.01.2017, to the 3rd respondent. Accordingly, no further benefits were paid to the 4th respondent in obedience of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court. This writ petition has been filed requesting the Hon'ble High Court to direct the 3rd respondent to issue orders on the communication made by the 2nd respondent. As these directions are given by the Hon'ble High Court, the 3rd respondent cannot give any orders except obeying the orders of the Hon'ble High Court. The apprehensions of the writ petitioners stand to no reason."

In view of the above instructions, no orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
