HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.504 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2016 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar. 2.

Wife filed this petition. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was solemnized on 20.04.2008 at Bheemavaram, West Godavari District, as per Hindu rites and custom and after marriage they lived at Hyderabad and thereafter due to harassment from the family members of respondent, she lodged a complaint, which is registered as Crime No.154 of 2016 on the file of Women Police Station, Ranga Reddy, and thereafter respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2016 before Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, seeking divorce. She further stated that she is doing private job at Meerpet, Ranga Reddy, and she is suffering with gynic problems and severe Astama. She stated that it is difficult for her to travel from Meerpet to Gudivada and she may not also get any leave because of her private employment. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2016 from Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District, to Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar. 3.

Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

Heard advocate for petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of petition and considering convenience of wife, H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2016 is withdrawn from Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District, and transferred to Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar, for disposal in accordance with law.

Transfer C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
