This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.55 of 2013 in O.S.No.600 of 2011 on the file of VIII Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

No representation on behalf of both the parties. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court dismissed O.S.No.600 of 2011 for default on 20.06.2016. In view of the dismissal of O.S.No.600 of 2011, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
