As there is an internal remedy of appeal under Section 63 of the A.P. Excise Act, 1968, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file such appeal within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the appellate authority to decide the appeal on own merits within four weeks therefrom. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
