This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, challenging the order, dated 27-09-2013 passed in E.A.No.NIL of 2013 in SR.NO.5330 of 2013 in E.P.No.52 of 2013 by the Prl. District Judge, Warangal, rejecting the application filed under Section 47 of Code of Civil Procedure.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that E.P.No.52 of 2013 was disposed of by the Prl. District Judge, Warangal on 19-01-2015. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main E.P. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
