The petitioners/A-1 to A-5 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. 2.

I.A.No.4 of 2019 is filed by them to permit the 1st petitioner to represent petitioners 2 to 5 as Special Power of Attorney holder and the original Special Power of Attorney is also filed as living together. I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are filed by them to compound the offences against A-1 to A-5 in C.C.No.1133 of 2015 on the file of learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate (old), learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cumXIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate (new), Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar, which is outcome of Crime No.262 of 2013 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.4 of 2019 is allowed permitting the 1st petitioner to represent petitioners 2 to 5 as Special Power of Attorney holder and I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.1133 of 2015 on the file of learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate (old), learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate (new), Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar, are hereby quashed,

Dr. SSRB,J Crl.P.No.626 of 2019 A-1 to A-5 are acquitted and the bail bonds of A-1 to A-5, if any, stand cancelled.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
