HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY A.S.M.P.Nos.2065 & 2066 of 2015 IN/AND APPEAL SUIT No.309 of 2013 COMMON ORDER :
Both the appellant and respondent are present and they are identified by their respective counsel. The terms of compromise are read over and explained to them in Telugu and they admitted to be true and correct and state that the compromise is voluntary.
2. Therefore, both parties are permitted to enter into compromise and the petitions filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 C.P.C. are ordered.
3. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Registry is directed to annex the copy of terms of compromise to the decree.
4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
