This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 15.12.2018 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.45589 of 2018, by the respondent authorities.

Sri T. Paripurana Chary, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt Case, with liberty to approach the Court as and when there is violation of the orders passed by this Court with respect to interference.
