OFFICE NOTE 01.

05.06.2023 ML,J IA No.1 of 2023 This application is filed by accused No.1 to alter the conditions imposed in the bail granted by this Court on 06.02.2023 in Crl.P.No.891 of 2023.

In Crl.P.No.891 of 2023, the condition imposed was that the petitioner shall attend before the police station on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the investigation is completed, and on account of regular attendance, the petitioner is put to great trouble. Hence, he seeks to relax the said condition.

The learned Public Prosecutor opposed this petition.

The petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition for the last four months and therefore, further regular attendance is not necessary. However, the petitioner/A.1 shall appear before the concerned police station as and when required by the police.

In the result, the application is allowed dispending with the aforesaid condition imposed in the order dated 06.02.2023 in Crl.P.No.891 of 2023.
