HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6179 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.691 of 2014 of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 r/w 34 IPC. When this matter has come up, the learned Public Prosecutor informed that the police have completed investigation in the above crime and filed a report referring the complaint as false and therefore, the apprehension of arrest of the petitioners does not arise. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
