When the matter is called, Sri K. Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent, informed the Court that the petitioner died on 13.05.2013 and produced a copy of the Death Certificate generated from Mee Seva evidencing the date of death of the petitioner.

No steps are taken to bring the L.Rs of the deceased petitioner so far.

On account of the death of sole petitioner, this Petition is liable to be dismissed as abated.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
