No. 13/RCO-CIU-ACB/2019 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for ACB Cases, Hydera bad The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 20,O2.2020 made in Crl.P. and order dated \3.07.2020 made in IA No.2 of 2020 and order dated 07.10.2020 made in IA.No.3 of 2020 and order dated 09.02.2021 made in IA.No.4 of 2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D Madhava Rao Advocate for the Petitioner of Sri.T.L.

ORDER

This application is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.9 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court vide order, dated 09.O2.2021. Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the Inspector of Police, Central Investigation Unit, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana, Hvderabad, and hence, the said condition may be relaxed. Learned Spl. Public Prosecutor of ACB opposed the petition.

L Having regard to the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and considering the fact that the petitioner/ accused No.9 is appearing before the Inspector of Police, Central Investigation Unit, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana, Hyderabad, as per the directions of this Court, instead of first and third Monday of every month, the petitioner/accused No.9 shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Central Investigation Unit, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana, Hyderabad, on first Monday of every month for a further period of three (3) months or till submission of hnal report/charge sheet, whichever is earlier.
