This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 03.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.17 of 2016 in O.S.No.13 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, at Punganur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court.

Permission as sought for is granted.
