THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.420 OF 2017 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to file fresh contempt case. Permission is accorded. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh contempt case.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
