When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 3 as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent- State would submit that the petitioners have issued notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and they have already been enlarged on bail by the Station House Officer concerned and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive and it has become infructuous. 2.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
