of passed by the 1st respondent - Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner, was dismissed for default.
In view of the judgment rendered by the Apex Court in the case of Nivedita Sharma v. Cellular Operators Association of India and Others1, we are not inclined to pass any order in the present writ petition, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach National Consumer Commission for redressal of her grievance.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
