HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8490 of 2011 ORDER:

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State, on instructions from the Station House Officer, Duggirala Police Station, Guntur District (respondent No.4) would submit that, Crime No.63 of 2011 registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 149, 417, 406, 420 and 506 IPC has been referred as 'civil in nature'. Copy of the proceedings dated 01.08.2011 issued by Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Tenali, is produced by him wherein permission has been accorded by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Tenali, to refer the case as 'civil in nature'.

Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
