This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.397 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, D.D., Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

The parties intend to compromise the matter.

They can do so in accordance with law before the Court concerned.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
