THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1932 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents, particularly, respondent No.5, in considering the application of the petitioner for construction of a tin shed in her land in Survey No.84/A situated at Chintakunta Village of Karimnagar Mandal and District.
Learned Standing Counsel for Chintakunta Gram Panchayat, on instructions, submits that though the petitioner has approached the respondents by way of application along with certain papers, as they were inadequate, she was directed to approach with all necessary documents which she has not done. As and when such papers are submitted, the application of the petitioner would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit papers to the fourth respondent either in person or through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due. As and when the fourth respondent receives the same, he shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law. If any clarification is required with respect
CKR, J W.P.No.1932 of 2018 to the documents that are to be submitted by the petitioner, the fourth respondent shall issue a written requisition to the petitioner enabling her to comply with the same.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
