THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2036 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In spite of granting time on 25.01.2018, learned Government Pleader for Revenue did not get any instructions and this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition on the basis of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not demarcating the lands of the petitioner situated in Survey Nos.320/A, 320/B, 323/A, 323/B, 324/A, 324/B, 331/A and 331/B admeasuring an extent of Ac.0-28 guntas, 0-35 guntas, 1-23 guntas, 0-33 guntas, 3-18 guntas, 1-33 guntas and 3-25 gunats respectively, situated at Jangapally Village, Ganneruvaram Mandal, Karimnagar District, even after receiving the application of the petitioner, dated 29.08.2017.

Since the application was already filed by the petitioner on 29.08.2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the said application and take necessary action on the same and communicate the result of such application within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
