THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1955 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the fourth respondent in undertaking the survey of land in Survey No.135 situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced the following written instructions issued to him.

"In this regard, it is submitted that as per Revenue records, the land bearing Sy.No.135 extent Ac.19.29 gts is classified as 'Patta' and on verification records it is found that neither the petitioner nor vendor of the petitioner are the pattedar of the subject land for an extent of Ac.1.00 gts in Sy.No.135 situated at Vattinagulapally Village and on the same reason, the request of the petitioner for grant of mutation was rejected by this office vide Memo No.D/1306/2016, dt:24.01.2017. As such the petitioner has no rights over the subject land for his claim, since he has no title over it. Hence, the petition for request of conduct demarcation in respect of the subject land was rejected by this office vide Memo No.Ms/1461/2017, dt.07.12.2017, but due to some other work busy, the said memo was could not be dispatched and same will be served to the petitioner." 3.

In view of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to dispatch copies of orders, dated 24.01.2017 and 07.12.2017 to the petitioner forthwith and serve them on him.
