This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondents 2 to 5 in registering the FIR on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.01.2020 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 04.02.2020, which is placed on record of this Court, submits that the petitioner gave a complaint to the 5th respondent on 03.02.2020 and on receipt of such complaint, a case was registered in Crime No.23 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Huzurnagr Polcie Station, on 03.02.2020 and the matter is under investigation. 4.

In view of the above, since a case has been registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
