There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing cheque of Bhadratha Scheme amount to 3rd respondent without considering the objection / representation of the petitioner Dt.29.5.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to stop clearance of cheque Dt.30.5.2014 of 3rd respondent and to consider the petitioner's representation Dt.29.5.2014 by doing justice and to pass necessary order orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 placed on record the written instructions, dated 05.12.2019, issued by the Office Superintendent, B Section, CPO Karimnagar. 4.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that as per the orders of this Court, dated 13.06.2014, the District Police Officer, Karimnagar (Bhadratha Section) has handed over the cheques to the petitioner, wife of the deceased police constableS.Sridhar P.C.No.2772), and his minor daughter/S.Saviya on 23.06.2014 bearing Cheque No.177557 for an amount of Rs.57,540/- and cheque bearing No.177503 for an amount of Rs.57,740/-. It is

further mentioned that on 29.05.2014, the cheque bearing No.177558 for an amount of Rs.57,740/- was handed over to the 3rd respondent. The cheque amount given to the minor daughter was put in a fixed deposit in Andhra Bank, Main Branch Azmathpura, Karimnagar. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
