When this civil revision petition is taken up before lunch session, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to pass over the matter. Again, when the matter was taken up at 2:45 P.M, none appeared and represented, despite listing the matter today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
