This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt Act to punish the respondents for committing Contempt of Court for willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.39931 of 2018, dated 06-11-2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel Sri Kowturu Vinay Kumar, appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents fairly submit that pursuant to the interim order dated

I 1.20 18, the Inspector of Survey, Survey and Land Records, Bhadradri Kothagudem, conducted joint survey on 16.O4.2021 after issuing notices to the respective parties and submitted Survey Report vide proceedings Rc.No.A3/542 l2O2O, dated 24.04.2021, and enclosed copy of the said report, along with Reply-affidavit {i1ed by the petitioners. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Forests submits that the respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners and this Court granted status quoon 06. 11.2018.
