HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION NO. 38445 OF 2015 ORDER:

The impugned order passed by the Tahasildar, Vijayawada Rural, vijayawada can be questioned by availing remedy of appeal and no ground is made out for exercising extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court bypassing the remedy of appeal and revision available to the petitioner. Since the order is dated 4.10.2015, status quo existing as on today shall be maintained for a period of one week to enable the petitioner to move the appellate authority.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
