THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30013 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The complaint of the petitioners is that the respondent Municipal authorities, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, are trying to demolish the room and compound wall said to have been constructed by them. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing counsel that the respondents will follow due process of law and action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of the subject property, except in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that it is open for the respondents to proceed in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
