This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.73 of 2015 from the file of the Court of the Additional District Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Guntur, to try along with O.S.No.569 of 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned IX Additional District Judge, Kovvur, to dispose of O.S.No.73 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of directing the learned IX Additional District Judge, Kovvur, to dispose of O.S.No.73 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
