Sri B.Adinarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri K.Raghu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the APCSC, and Sri T.S.N.Murthy, learned counsel for the 6th respondent, submit that, in the light of the interim order passed by this court in W.P.M.P.No.6510 of 2012 dated 16.03.2012, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

As the learned counsel on either side are in agreement, the interim order is made the final order and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
