HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, though various issues are raised by the petitioner, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he confines his grievance to unexplained delay on acting on the representations of petitioner for grant of letter of credit, causing lot of financial hardship and suffering, and prayers to direct the respondents to take a decision to issue letter of credit in terms of the agreement entered into by the petitioner with the respondentcompany. 2.

Learned standing counsel for respondents submits that respondents will consider the representations and take appropriate decision if reasonable time is granted to them. 3.

Recording the same, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations submitted by petitioner on various dates mentioned in the prayer in the writ petition only with reference to issuance of letter of credit and take a decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
