This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an order/direction or any appropriate writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 pursuant to Proceedings in U.C.No.4/2015/TPS, Dt.06.10.2015 for demolition of building bearing D.No.3-1-36 of Chavitini Veedhi, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District, belongs to the petitioner although his BPS application is pending for consideration, at the instance of respondent No.4, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14 r/w 300A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of HMC Act, 1955 and consequently, direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to take any coercive steps including demolition in the interest of justice." At the hearing, Mr. P.
Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
