THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.2339 of 2020 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of 4th respondent-Korremula Gram Panchayat in granting permission for construction of a house to the petitioner based on her application dated 10.01.2020, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat that based on the online application made by the petitioner seeking permission for construction of the house, the respondent authorities have informed the same as not being in compliance with the requirement specified and reverted the same through online and the petitioner can comply with the objections raised therein and resubmit the said application once again, whereupon the same would be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel on behalf of 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
