When the matter was taken up for hearing ot 29.11.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the sole petitioner died. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 1 | .12.2023 for taking steps to bring the legal representatives of the sole petitioner on record. On 1.1.12.2023 also, learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment for taking necessary steps. To give one more opportunity, the matter was posted to 28.12.2023. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.V.Ramana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of his best efforts, he could not secure the any instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner and expressed his inability.

[n view of the death of the sole petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
