CVNR, J & JUD, J WP.No.1727 of 2017 Dated:07.6.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to pass an order or Writ more particularly, Writ of Certiorari duly declaring the order passed by the Hyderabad District Forum No.II in EA.No.28/13 dt:13.01.2015 and confirming the same by the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in FA.No.20 of 2015 dt: 27.9.2016 as illegal and violation of Section-27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2006 and consequently, to set aside the order passed in FA No.20 of 2015 dt: 27.9.2016 by the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission."

After arguing the case and realising the frivolous nature of the litigation, Mr. J.P.Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition unconditionally.
