In this writ petition, the petitioner questions the order passed in CMA.No.1 of 2007 dated 21.02.2009 by the Additional Agent to Government, Bhadrachalam, confirming order of ejectment passed in LTR Case No.296/CHG dated 16.11.2005 by the Agency Divisional Officer, Kottagudem, Khammam District.

Ms. K.Swapna Madhuri, learned Counsel, representing learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
