Heard counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in constituting the 3rd respondent Development Committee to the petitioner private temple without following the procedure contemplated under Section 6 of the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and also without any notice or proceedings taking over the petitioner temple pursuant to notice No.3/12638/07, dated 10.07.2007, of the 2nd respondent as arbitrary and illegal.

During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the counsel for the respondents that the impugned proceedings have been withdrawn by the 2nd respondent and therefore no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Interim order, if any, shall stands vacated. No costs.
