THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.14971 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.1.13 cents in Survey No.290/3 situated at Losarigutlapadu Block-1 Village, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District and her representations dated 15.05.2015, 18.05.2015 and 01.05.2015 were not disposed of and on the other hand her land is being interfered by respondent No.8.

The respondents have not filed any counter opposing the allegations made by the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations stated above, submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass final orders. No costs.
