Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous, since a case has already been registered on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, and thus, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
