HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9536 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.130 of 2013 of Jubliee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 352, 506 read with 120-B IPC.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused persons representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Cr.No.130 of 2013 of Jubliee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, are quashed.

The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
