When the matter was called on 08.08.2019, none appeared. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption of 'FOR DISMISSAL'. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 29.08.2019 and 24.10.2019. However, there was no representation even on the said dates. Even today, none appeared for the petitioner, though the matter is listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for non-prosecution.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
