THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12558 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act, 1989-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of the discharge petition, if charges are already not framed.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
