I THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.7O3 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners-Accused Nos.7 to 9 to quash the proceedings !

against them in F.I.R.No.475 of 2018, dated 14.11.2018 on I I T the file of Shamirpet Police Station at Cyberabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 406, 42O, 120(b) read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and Sections 4, 5 and 6 read with 3 PC and MCSBA.

None appears for the petitioners. Perused the record. 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is now transferred to Economic Offences Wing (E.O.W) Department, Nampally at Hyderabad.

As seen from the record, no interim orders were passed by this Court stalling investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. However, petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court, in case any ca.use survlves.
