Petitioner responded to the recruitment notification dated 21.10.2017 to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT). Petitioner claims that he is suffering from physical disability and is entitled to recruitment as SGT against the vacancies reserved for disabled persons as per the marks secured by them. However, he was not considered on the ground that in the application form submitted by him, he did not disclose his disability. Ventillating his grievance, petitioner made a representation on 03.01.2020. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Since a representation dated 03.01.2020 was already made by the petitioner and the same was acknowledged by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) on 18.02.2020, which is filed as Ex.P1, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary, TSPSC, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2020 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
