Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Inspite of granting time on 25.01.2018, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents did not get instructions and in the circumstances, the present Writ Petition is being disposed of on the basis of the averments made by the petitioner in support of the Writ Petition.

The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land of an Ac.0.64 cents situated in RS No.82/ 4 of Srinivasapuram Village, Jangareddygudem Mandal, West Godavari District. He states that he purchased the same under registered Sale Deed dt. 29.07.2018 and after purchase of the said property, he approached the revenue authorities for incorporation of his name in the revenue records. On receipt of such application, respondent No.3 conducted an enquiry and his name was incorporated in the revenue records. Thereafter, he submitted an application through online on 26.09.2017 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and when no steps were taken, the present Writ Petition is filed. The petitioner filed copies of Adangal showing the name of the petitioner and also Sale Deed executed in his favour by the vendor.

In view of the application filed by the Petitioner on 26.09.2017 for mutation and title deed-cum E-Passbook, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, if no order was already passed, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
