ORDER:
This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 13.03.2013, in O.S.No.312 of 2008 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.
Both the parties as well as the learned counsel appearing for them have filed a joint memo, dated 27.02.2015, wherein it is stated that with the intervention of the elders of both the parties, the dispute in the appeal is compromised and that in pursuance thereof, the parties have entered into a registered partition deed. All the parties have accordingly requested to record the memo of compromise and dismiss the appeal as withdrawn without costs.
At the hearing, Sri Ramachandra Rao Gurram, learned counsel for the appellants, reiterated the contents
of the said joint memo.
In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 06.06.2013, is vacated and ASMP.No.1292 of 2013 filed by the appellants for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
