HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 404 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not registering the crime against the respondents 4 to 6 in spite of the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.12.2016. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 06.12.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rampachodavaram, the same was forwarded to the first respondent for investigation. Accordingly, Crime No.08 of 2017 was registered on 16.01.2017 and investigation is under progress. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
