THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.13680 OF 2007 AND W.P.M.P.NO.22402 OF 2011 IN W.P.NO.13680 OF 2007 C O M M O N O R D E R This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the respondents in not paying arrears of salary to the petitioner from 01.08.2005 to 22.12.2005.

W.P.M.P.No.22402 of 2011 was thereafter filed by the petitioner seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition. In the affidavit filed in support of this WPMP, the petitioner stated that he was taken back into service after the institution of the writ petition and was also paid the arrears of salary.

In that view of the matter, W.P.M.P.No.22402 of 2011 is ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 02nd JULY, 2015 Svv
