This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents police in registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.12.2019 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 04.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that on receipt of the complaint made by the petitioner at PS Raidurgam, an entry was made in Petition Management System, vide Cyb/RDR/Cyb/281219, to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out or not. It is further stated that the 4th respondent in the present writ petition also gave a complaint at the 3rd respondent police station on 22.11.2019, whereupon an entry in the Petition Management System was made and since both the complaints made revealed that the allegations therein are civil in nature and moreover, a civil suit, vide O.S.No.1428 of 2019 is pending before the Principal Senior Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, the complaints were closed as 'civil in nature' by directing the parties to approach the competent civil Court. A notice of the said action taken has also been issued to the petitioner by registered post, on 04.02.2020 4.

In view of the above, since a notice has already been issued to the petitioner as to the action taken on his complaint, it is always open for the

petitioner to avail appropriate remedies before the proper forum in accordance with law.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
